By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Arka.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You may use Arka to create, deliver, and manage educational content. You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to interfere with its operation or security.
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading, you grant Arka a limited license to host and display it for Platform functionality.
Paid plans require valid payment information. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Arka may modify pricing with prior notice.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Arka is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.
We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India unless otherwise required.
